Membership for 2020 remains active only until *31 March 2021 but new approved fees for Membership will come into effect from 15 February. (R70 incl.

Thank you to all of you that made 2019 such a memorable groundwater year! Our Annual Report is 'packed' with feedback of all the news shared & events and sessions you participated in. Let us build on this momentum in 2020...and we do look forward to see what a new Exco will bring to the table!

It was with great sadness that the GWD learned of the passing of one of its Honorary members, Prof. Frank Hodgson. Prof Hodgson was awarded the Ground Water Division of the Geological Society of South Africa Groundwater medal, as far back as 1988, for his significant contributions to the advancement of groundwater in South Africa.
