Marius has obtained his BTech degree in geology in 2010 and his BSc Hons in hydrogeology in 2015. He has over 9 years of experience in hydrogeological investigations in diverse locations. In addition to this, Mr Terblanche also has experience in exploration geology. His field of experience includes groundwater exploration, pollution studies and groundwater management, EIA’s, Water Use License Applications (WULA’s), Environmental Management Programmes (EMP’s) and numerical modelling. I have recently submitted my PhD and I'm currently looking for opportunities where I am able to apply the knowledge gained during my studies to more practical experiences. My career began in 2008 at GCS (PTY ) LTD. This is where I gained extensive knowledge and experience in the hydrogeological field as a hydrogelogical technician. I was mainly involved with conducting field investigation such as geophysical investigation (EM, MAG, and Resistivity), aquifer testing, drilling supervision, logging, sampling, data interpretation and technical field reports.

I joined Golder Associates Africa in 2011 as a hydrogeotechnical technician with a special focus in water supply projects. I have been a consulting hydrogeologist for 10 years, with my primary experience being in the mining environment throughout Africa. I have work experience within the South African environment, as well as in countries such as DRC, Mali, Madagascar, Zambia, Tanzania and Botswana.
