With over 30 years of experience, I have worked in mining and exploration, groundwater consulting and mine de-watering. I have completed many geological projects, including gold and platinum exploration and was fortunate to be involved with the initial exploration and start-up of the ultra-deep Northam Platinum mine and the low grade/high tonnage Tarkwa Open-cast mine. Here I led a >$1 million / year diamond drilling programme at what is now a world class operation.

My groundwater consulting has exposed me to a broad spectrum of projects, including exploration and feasibility studies, developing water for urban municipalities and rural communities, developing sanitation/WASH protocols, compiling impact assessments for EIA's, assessing water quality and contamination investigations, monitoring and audits for environmental compliance and undertaking drought relief interventions etc.

Typically, my clients have included municipalities, government departments, NGO's, property developers, organised agriculture, manufacturing and industry, waste disposal contractors, renewable energy utilities and bottled water plants etc
