Dear friends and colleagues
We hope this message finds you well. We look forward to meeting the hydrogeology community at the IAH 2024 in Davos. A Congress plenary event will be dedicated to hydrogeology education. As a basis for this event, we are conducting a survey aimed at gathering insights from students, educators, and professionals about the current state of hydrogeology education and future needs. We aim to spark discussions on how to optimize academic programs to meet the needs of the profession.
Your participation is crucial. Please take a few moments to fill out the survey using the link below (deadline: September 6th). It takes about 10 minutes.

Please distribute this email to your colleagues who might not be on IAH 2024 participant list.
Thank you in advance for your time and insights. We look forward to sharing the results with you at IAH 2024.
Best regards, Philip Brunner, Ty Ferre, John Cherry, James Thornton, Daniel Hunkeler, Stephanie Musy

progressing well.

• This symposium will open the doors of opportunity to the rest of the world’s MAR experts and academics to come to South Africa, showcase their specialities, and form the African connections that can provide their companies and institutions with their next international MAR partnership to facilitate new projects and studies, this time in Africa.
• The symposium will be attended by national and international regulators, researchers and practitioners in all facets of MAR, including hydrogeology, geochemistry, microbiology, modeling, economics, and water resources management. Fanus Fourie is chairing the LOC and doing an excellent job.
