You are herewith cordially invited to attend the GWD Year End function that will follow shortly after the GWD outgoing 2018/19 ExCo meeting with the Newly Elected 2020/21 Committee that will take place at the same venue @ Protea Hotel Fire and Ice Menlyn on Tuesday, 3 December from 16:30.

After the ExCo meeting (ending 16:30), the Cocktail function will commence where we wish to spend some time together in reminiscence and celebration of an eventful 2019.

The Cocktail function will start at 16:30 with a few words from the outgoing Chair, a few words from the new Chair and then followed by an opportunity to relax together.
