SADC Groundwater Management Institute will be running a Virtual training course on Borehole Yield Tests for Groundwater supply.

In this 1-day, hands-on course, we will be covering an exciting set of Excel formulas that you might be unfamiliar with, and functionalities such as power Query, Pivot Tables and the Excel Data Model.

This course covers a range of topics focusing on variably saturated flow in rock and soil. Research is presented by PhD candidates and academic research supervisors about field and laboratory data and the implications and applications thereof.

This one-day course will focus on the basics of PHREEQC that you might want to use for your day-to-day work with mine water samples. This course is meant to be for beginners or those colleagues that already heard about chemical/thermodynamic modelling and want to get a refresher.
