About this event
Speakers
Corné Engelbrecht
A full-time hydrogeologist with over eight years’ experience in the groundwater consulting industry and a demonstrated history of working in the municipal, private, and environmental services sectors. Main focuses include groundwater supply and development (exploration, borehole drilling, and aquifer testing management), groundwater quality assessments (including groundwater contamination and remediation assessments), and groundwater resource management with strong project management and technical report writing skills. Currently completing a Master’s degree in Hydrogeology at the Institute for Groundwater Studies (IGS), University of the Free State, South Africa.
Reuben Lazarus
Experienced Hydrogeologist with a demonstrated history of working in the hydrogeological industry.
Skilled in Water Resource Management, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science and Environmental Impact Assessment.
Strong research professional with a Master's degree focused in Environmental Geochemistry from Stellenbosch University.
